Why your size can change
Pregnancy can change breast fullness and the ribcage measurement over time. The timing and amount of change are different for each person, so adding a fixed number of cup or band sizes is not a reliable universal rule. Current measurements are more useful than assuming your pre-pregnancy size still applies.
When to re-measure
Consider measuring again when your current bra becomes uncomfortable, the band no longer sits comfortably, cup coverage changes, or your body has changed noticeably. You do not need to follow a fixed calendar if your current bra still fits well.
